Sam Wuest is the jumps and multi coach for reigning Division III New England champions Tufts' Men's Track & Field, where he has coached several All-American, New England and NESCAC champions. Previously coaching at Babson College, Wuest's athletes took held half of the school records in jumps and multis and helped the first male athlete in school history reach the NCAA Championships (in the Decathlon). Prior to coaching collegiately he spent 2 years as a high school coach, one as an assistant and once as a head coach. Wuest is a USTFCCCA specialist in the combined events and strength and conditioning. He holds a Master's in Sports Coaching from Boston University where he competed in the high and long jump and is currently studying acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at the New England School of Acupuncture in addition to coaching.
