Football Assistant Coach Kevin Farr Attends Charity Football Camp
Kevin Farr, an assistant coach on the Tufts football team, recently joined more than 280 other college coaches for the Lauren's First and Goal ninth annual football camp held on Sunday, June 3 at Lafayette College. A record 2,105 high school student-athletes attended this annual event, which is the primary fundraiser for Lauren's First and Goal Foundation.

Tufts Football Program, Team Impact and New England Patriot Rob Ninkovich Partner to “Draft” Eight-Year Old Riley Roman
The Tufts Football team partnered with Team Impact to host a "draft day" that welcomed Riley Roman to the Jumbo program. He is an eight-year-old from South Hadley, Massachusetts who was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor. Riley's friend Rob Ninkovich, the New England Patriot linebacker, attended.

Alumnus Ed Schluntz to Receive National Football Foundation Chapter Leadership Award on Tuesday
Ed Schluntz, a 1950 graduate of Tufts who has been a friend and supporter of the Jumbos ever since, will receive a 2011 National Football Foundation Chapter Leadership Award at the organization's annual luncheon to be held at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City on Tuesday.

Four members of the Tufts football team earned All-New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) accolades announced today. Senior linebacker Zack Skarzynski (Hinsdale, IL), junior safety Sam Diss (Ridgewood, NJ), senior kicker Adam Auerbach (Glen Rock, NJ) and junior return specialist Dylan Haas (Yorktown Heights, NY) are all on the Second Team.
